Sandbox Status
StayFit Discipline Club is currently testing with Stripe sandbox payments only. Sandbox payments are not real charges. This page is a draft for the future live subscription policy and must be professionally reviewed before live payments are enabled.
14-Day Withdrawal Review
For live paid customers, Dutch/EU distance-selling rules may give consumers a withdrawal period after online purchase. The exact wording, exceptions, consent language, and refund timing must be reviewed by a Dutch legal professional before launch.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
The intended live setup is a monthly subscription. Members should be able to cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation should stop future billing, while access may continue until the already-paid billing period ends unless mandatory law requires another outcome.
Rule Removal And Used Time
StayFit Discipline Club is an accountability program. If a member is removed for serious or repeated rule violations, the intended policy is that used membership time is not automatically refunded. This must still be checked against mandatory consumer law before live launch.
How Refund Requests Will Be Handled
Members should contact support with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request. Stripe records, subscription status, and applicable consumer-law rights should be checked before any refund decision. Final live wording should include clear processing times.
